I wasn’t so on it last week with posting my plan, but it made sure I was ready for this week. Here are the menus for this week and last week.
(Can you tell that the taco pie keeps getting pushed back by leftovers and other plans?! I think this is the third week it’s been on there.) And and now to go put up the Christmas tree!

It’s Monday… And I’m posting my plan for the week on time! This week (well, the last few weeks actually), I’m using up some of our freezer food stash. I’m really trying to keep our grocery budget low, so buying meat on sale and stocking the freezer is the way to go. You definitely need a weekly plan to do this effectively though! I’ve been known to forget to thaw things when I don’t have a plan and that can make life much more difficult.
Monday – Chicken Taquitos, Salad
Tuesday – Ham Steak, Yellow Rice, Green Beans
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Hobo Supper, Black Eye Peas
Friday – Sausage Skillet Pasta, Broccoli
Saturday – Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken, Easy Corn Spoonbread
Sunday – Pizza Stuffed Shells, Salad
I’m late posting my plan again this week. I’m having a hard time getting my act together (or posted anyway) with a newborn! This week we’re adding in my parents’ 16 year old dog who is very high maintenance as well. I came up with the plan on Sunday night. I just need to go ahead and post it then, too!
Monday – Pizza
Tuesday – Ranch-Parmesan Chicken, Salad, Okra & Tomatoes
Wednesday – Beef Stroganoff, Broccoli
Thursday – Glazed Pork Chops, Creamed Corn, Cucumber Salad
