Menu Plan Monday, 3-17-14

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We have lots going on this week with friends, state testing at school, and a field trip, so I’m going to try to keep it simple.

Monday – BBQ, Rice, Roasted Cabbage
Tuesday – dinner Out
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Carnitas
Thursday – Chicken & Dumplings Casserole
Friday – Cajun Meatloaf, Salad
Saturday – Buttered Italian Shrimp, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli
Sunday – Dinner Out
